Dutch twin sisters, played by Carice & Jelka van Houten, travel to America to look for their long-lost mother, Jackie, an American surrogate, played by Holly Hunter, to help her out while recovering from leg injury. The twins, now in their late 20's, fly to America to meet her, after being released from the hospital and find out that all this time Jackie lived in an old run down RV, in the middle of nowhere.
